Insulation Class is H. 24 hour customer service line and the manual is available online Currently has gas in it not sure how much. Is quite an older model I believe, my dad used it on his boat but hes been gone for two years now, I have no use for it as its too heavy for me to use camping or anything. Its very heavy you will have to be able to lift it to your vehicle As far as I know its better for boats but can used to power smaller appliances as well . Maybe someone who knows what they are doing can make use of it .:)
