Antique oak swivel chair c.1900

Beautiful antique office chair with slat back. I had it generally appraised online and they noted it was from around the early 1900s. It would retail in an antique store for about $150-$225. Good condition. I can’t twist the adjusters, but this is likely because I don’t have the grip strength. The slat back also tilts/reclines slightly.
