This mid century skirted loveseat is in very good condition. As noted in the photographs above is signs of aging in one spot on the top left corner of the sofa. My mother used it in her suite at her old age home. Smoke free. Upholstery could be cleaned to freshen up this piece or slip covers are an option? There are 6 cushions, slip covers can be removed. Zipper. The reason for selling is we are expanding to a sectional for our basement suite to accommodate more seating.
