Thigh covering fit as described (I wear a XL/jeans size 10) but I ended up needing a size 9 for it to fit my feet (I’m between 8.5-9, can sometimes by a size 8). Leg opening has a 20” (by circumstance) opening which is adjustable with draw strings. Has a zipper on the inside to help get into the shoe. Made of velvet/corduroy type material. Cash Only
