This forward reverse switch assembly is compatible with 1994-up electric EZGO TXT, Medalist, Coastal Fleet, MPT 800, 2004-2007 Clays Cars, and ST Sport Utility vehicles. NOT for DCS & PDS series. Please check your model before purchasing. Replaces OEM part numbers: 73036G01, 70578G01, 70578G02. Attention to the angle of the silver lever before installation. Take a look at image 6 and ensure the lever is parallel to the three lines shown. Mounting bracket, micro switches, cam, shaft, and contact board not included.
