Sole is off-white and can use a bit of cleaning. Outsole is anti-slip made w/ gum rubber. All leather outside, and some inside (surrounding ankle and protector part along the zipper for protection and ultimate comfort!). In like NEW CONDITION, no sign of use under sole.
