Rare vintage Spanish-language cookbook includes sections on Peruvian cuisine, Chinese-Peruvian fusion (Chifa), and traditional Creole sweets. This softcover book is published by Libreria Importadora Editora y Distribuidora Lima S.A. in Peru. From the 1960s. The interior pages are printed on aged paper with black text and include recipes for traditional dishes like Escabeche, Pepian de Arroz, and Humitas de Choclo. I only found very minimal writing on a couple of pages.
