Sofa is 5 years old, was purchased from The Bay for $2,300. Can easily remove chaise to transport in two pieces. Measurements: 102” L x 37” D x 35” H. Seating is 17” from the floor (allows for vacuum to fit underneath, and storage of smaller items).
