Chicago Resilient Communities Pilot Sign-up Event

Sign up for the chance to receive $500 monthly for 12 months. Above and Beyond sign-up events will be held every Thursday at 2942 W Lake St from 1:00-3:00 p.m. Important documents to bring are Photo IDs, Proof of income, and Proof of residence.
