Vintage industrial coat / standing rack mid century modern MCM

This is a mid-century standing coat rack. The chrome metal rack features eight hooks that rotate on the top round mount. The tall rack has a round base with step design. Height: 73.25" .. 186.1 cm Diameter Base: 16" .. 40.6 cm Hook Heights: 10.5" .. 26.7 cm Diameter Top: 14.5" .... 36.8 cm Has some condition issues. Rusting and patina. One of the hangers is bent see photos above, another is loose and needs to be tightened.
