Black & Decker Food processor #freecycle

Black & Decker PowerPro food chopper. 800 Includes blades. This was passed on to me as it is. It needs a cleaning. I have never used it because I noticed the lose bolts on the blade (pic2), and that made me nervous. I imagine that someone handy can fix it. As far as I know, it works just fine.
