This is the 1st of the dolls in the collection entitled "Playtime Babies" and has since been retired from mass production. Todd comes with his Certificate of Authenticity as shown, cap & his tags. He is in Excellent condition due to not being played with nor displayed. Part of a large estate sale where dolls were in storage.
