New never installed bagged fixture, not boxed. 28" width and adjustable height. I purchased quite a few lighting and home decor items for my sons first place, the house sale didn't go through so I will be listing quite a few items, most were purchased to coordinate. This light, with the narrower 28" width would look amazing above a sink mounted closer to the ceiling, but equally nice for a table or island.
