Room Divider / floating wall

I'm selling a room divider. It's made of wood and appears to be in good condition. It can be used to separate a room into different sections. I built this floating wall to separate my living room and create a bedroom/office/storage room. The wall screwed and can be easily disassembled and remade. Carpet on both side help protect floors and ceiling. Only 1 screw in the wall is necessary No screws on ceiling or floor - landlord approved. I put led lighting inside that I will include if you want. I got extra mdf board for the small side if needed. The painting on Canvas is painting my my mom an artist. Not included in the 200$. But you may offer a good $ for it if you want. U can also just buy it for lumber. Total cost to make was 450$ minus time and canvas. Pick to Vancouver downtown Comox st and Bute St.
