Has attached resistance bands so you can work out your arms as you cycle or off of the bike. It also comes with a cup holder. The screen has settings for speed, time, distance, and calories so you can monitor your progress. You can change the setting for it to be a recumbent bike as well. I bought this for $175 about a year ago and I used it literally one time in earnest and once as a bit before I had to move and put it in storage. I'm in a new apartment now and my room has virtually no floor space so I gotta give it up. It was kind of a pain to put together so do yourself a favor and get one that's already set up! It rides really smoothly and is quite compact when folded: 15.35” L x 15.75” W x 50.79” H; and it's super manageable when upright as we;;: 25.20” L x 15.75” W x 45.67”. My room just is tiny so it's not feasible.
