Pokémon Mini Cards - 39 x Cards

Not sure what kind of Pokemon cards these are. They’re little rock, paper, scissor cards from back in the day. Might have come from some sort of Pokemon vending machine. Found them while cleaning out my collection. They’re little mini cards. They look cool. 39 cards in total. Approximately 2.5 inches x 2 inches. Local pickup in Forest Park, IL
