This futon is roughly the size of a standard Twin mattress when in the flat position. The sturdy wood frame and black plastic legs provide a reliable 600-pound weight limit. Overall size is 30'' H x 84'' W x 34'' D as a sofa, and 48'' wide when lowered to be flat. The sofa bed is in excellent condition, and ready to be picked up from an elevator building in midtown east. I have had this sofa bed for a bit over 2 years, and it worked great.
