Table is used and in good condition. 64X40 with added 18" leaf tucked away nicely underneath. Super easy to get out and put back. Hardware is easy to manage. 6 chairs included. Original fabric on chairs is peeling hence the covers. Can be easily replaced. When open 4 more chairs can be added. Very sturdy/weighted wood. Not a flimsy set.
