ISO A BIKE!! 🚲

I'm ISO. bike for summer. I want to be able to commute and also ride for leisure and fun. it needs to be light enough to lift easily but also sturdy for riding on roads and bike lanes. I'm about 5'4. looking around $200-$300 and able to meeting Scarborough. thanks!!
