I'll pay for your garage /dusty room !!

Hello, I'm looking for small room or garage space to make sculptures with paper and paint. I live in Woodside so preferably not so far from my place ! I'll make sure to cover all spaces so i don't stain anything in the space. I'm thinking to pay upto 250 a month, but I'm down for negotiation. Thank you, please let me know if you're interested !
