Basically Brand New Bells of Steel SS4 safety squat barbell SSB. Used once to compare to other bars I have. Comes with three sets of handles: Straight handles Spider handles Seal Row handles Very sleek and smooth bar. The sleeves rotate, unlike many of the other SSB‘s.
