1976 $2 Bill - Stamp 1st Day of Issue- Bicentennial-4/13/76

I have a first day of issue two dollar bill from 1976, what date makes that day special is that they put stamps on them and ran them through the postal machine for the bicentennial. It is in perfect condition and definitely not circulated, very good bill to get graded.
