(2) 15 Service Stamps and (9) 5 Stamps - From WW II Era

I have India Service stamps from a package sent out of India and there are two that have the number 15 on them and nine that have the number 5 on them. But I’m not exactly sure what currency they used at that point in time, I am 99% sure they are from the World War II timeframe.
