Antique Mason's Vista China Tureen / Large

This antique Mason's 4-piece Vista Transferware large tureen features a charming English Castle scene in brown, perfect for all occasions. The set includes a plate, tureen, lid, and ladle, all with intricate Victorian- style details. Made in the United Kingdom between 1850-1899, this original soup tureen is a true collectible piece for any kitchen or dining room. This stunning tureen adds a touch of elegance and nostalgia to any table setting. Gorgeous antique in excellent condition. Like something out of DOWNTON ABBEY or  HBO's THE GILDED AGE! Made of Ironstone China in England with a brown Victorian style design against an ivory background. I've dated this original piece to mid-1800s, but not positive. The tureen measures approximately 14 inches across from handle to handle, about 8 inches wide at the narrowest section, and 8 1/2 inches across at the wider ends.  The height with the lid is approximately 9 1/4 inches.
