White party dress with detachable sleeves

Bought for my bachelorette, but the bust didn’t fit me since I’m a 34D. Cute dress, so much potential, and can be altered if needed. Bought for $120 and beautiful details on the back. Detachable sleeves Size 8, but fits more of a size Small/Medium. I’m 5’8, usually size 27 in jeans and it fit great on the waist.
