PowerLock suction towel bar must be mounted on a clean, smooth surface—fiberglass, glass, metal, mirror, tile, et cetera. lift + push + lock = maximum suction™ The first step is to clean the location at which you desire to mount it and swivel up the bar. The second step is to clean the suction cups and press them directly into the smooth surface that you cleaned. The third step is to swivel down the bar to lock in place the suction cups. The PowerLock mechanism will flatten the suction cups and create a strong seal. To remove the bar, raise it and release the suction cups.
