If you want to use any specific apps CHECK iOS compatibility if its compatible with iOS 12 or lower or i can check for you just send me a message. Also, you can not create an Apple ID directly on to this iPad because of the older iOS version; you need an updated Apple device with a newer iOS version to create an Apple ID and sign into this iPad with your Apple ID.
