Fiddle Leaf Fig Needs Care

This beautiful plant needs to be repotted. It is showing some brown spots and needs more attention than I can give it. Hoping for a true plant lover who will give it the care it deserves. Must also take the Peace Lily. Fiddle Leaf is about 5 feet tall. Pickup only in a second floor walkup.
