Thunder E-Bike Scooter - Needs Repair

Selling a Thunder E-Bike scooter. It has some visible damage and needs repair. Please check the photos for details .. ( Someone tried to steal it and in the attempt they sank where the key is inserted to turn it on, I have the 2 keys including the chain and the padlock and the charger.))
