Vintage Central Scientific Company Mid Century Apothecary Scale

Antique CENCO analytical balance in a wood and glass display case, with a Central Scientific Co. (Chicago) plaque on the front. This one came from Providence College, where it was used in the physics department and later owned by the professor who taught there. It still carries the college's brass plate on the base. Two pans on a brass column, a lower drawer with its original paper lining, and glass panels that are intact. Great as a lab-decor statement piece, a conversation starter, or a collector's find.
