Antique Cast Stone Decorative Table Base

Selling this rare, one-of-a-kind 19th Century Greek-style table base. I've sold similar pieces before, but this is the largest one I've had. If you're looking at this, you likely know the value of these carved stone bases, which can sell for upwards of $2,000-$3,000. They are handmade and shaped, which takes a significant amount of time, especially with this Bombe chest shape. Note: I do have a glass top that can be included for a little extra. There is some minor damage on one corner and small spots on the top. These bases are quite heavy and require careful handling during moving. I'm very familiar with these pieces as I've sold several before. They can be repaired, patched, and painted to your preference. Many past buyers have done so for their own projects. This decorative stone table base, in a Louis XV 19th-century Greek bombe style, is a beautiful example of Old World stone craftsmanship. Hand-carved from heavy cantera stone, it features a substantial square top and base connected by a gracefully curved pedestal with scrollwork and acanthus leaf detailing. It's designed for standard dining table heights and can also be customized and painted. These tables add architectural elegance and stability to any space. Its classical motifs and robust form complement Spanish Revival, Mediterranean, or colonial-inspired decor, anchoring tabletops with timeless grandeur. Material: Stone
