Moving sale - comfortable grey couch/loveseat

Grey couch/love seat for $250 OBO. Super comfortable and still in solid shape. We’re only selling it as want a different color for our new place. Still has lots of life left and great potential so no low balls please. Need gone by March 31st. Dimensions: 192 cm height x 92 cm width. Damages shown on pictures (I embroidered the corner of one cushion to patch the fabric. Tear on the back corner which can’t be seen if leaning against the wall). Pick up: downtown/west end Vancouver.
