This chair was used on set for the tv show - Are We There Yet. It is in very good condition. It’s modified as the chair is mounted on a heavy duty swivel base. The headrest speakers and rumbler work. Plug in any audio source with RCA jacks. The chair back folds down. Comes with power supply. Small stain on seat. Please see the pics.
