Sony PlayStation 3 Slim PS3 + Official Controller – FOR PARTS/RE

Selling a Sony PlayStation 3 Slim with an official Sony DualShock 3 controller and cables. ⚠️ PLEASE READ – SOLD AS-IS / FOR PARTS OR REPAIR. The PS3 powers on and initially displays the screen asking you to press the PlayStation button. Once the PS button is pressed, the screen goes black, but you can still hear the PS3 home menu sounds and the console stays on and responsive. I have tested it with multiple known-working HDMI cables and had the same issue. I also tried putting the system into Safe Mode but haven't had any luck getting it to work properly. I'm not 100% sure what the issue is. It could possibly be a faulty HDMI/video output or another internal issue, but it could also be something I'm doing incorrectly on my end.
