PLEASE READ!!! My name is Jeremiah and I am the owner of this nice 3 bedroom house. I have two room available, freshly cleaned, but not furnished. I am only doing a SIX month lease. Each room has different prices. If you are interested please feel free to contact me on Facebook.. Utilities are included in your rent. The house is located near the A train, there are a few different buses. we are also near the water about a six minute drive. There is restaurants, grocery stores and laundromat nearby. There is street parking available. If you are a couple and you're looking to move in, the price is different. please feel free to contact me as well. I am asking for first month rent and security deposit. If you have any questions again please feel free to contact. NO ANIMALS ALLOWED.!!! But subject to change I have one Female tenant as of right now I would either like a couple or another female. The price for a single person is 950 per month with a security deposit. The price for a couple is $1350 per month with a security deposit.. only because it’s two people live in inside the home
