Beautiful vintage Korean Najeonchilgi (mother-of-pearl lacquerware) octagonal box, traditionally known as a Gujeolpan. Features a striking red and black lacquered exterior adorned with hand-inlaid iridescent mother-of-pearl floral patterns. All interior nested red divider trays are completely intact and in excellent condition, which is rare for vintage pieces of this style. Perfect to use as a unique decorative centerpiece, a jewelry box, or a keepsake display tray. Condition: Vintage condition with minor surface wear consistent with age.
