The cushion covers were just freshly washed in the washing machine! * Dimensions: Exact dimensions are included in the photos of this listing. Condition Notes: * Fabric: Freshly washed. It just needs a quick steam to get the laundry wrinkles out and it'll look crisp and perfect. * The Tear: There is a tear on the fabric on the bottom of one of the pieces. It actually arrived from the manufacturer like this and is completely hidden from view when the couch is set up. It has given us absolutely zero issues. * The Zipper: One of the seat cushion zippers got stuck and will eventually need a replacement, but the cushion stays firmly in place and looks perfectly fine as-is.
