It’s in perfect working condition and was only used for about 2 to 3 months last summer It has multiple modes including cool, fan, and dehumidify, and it does a great job keeping a room comfortable. Comes with the remote and everything needed to use it The only reason I’m selling is because it trips the breaker in my room due to the wiring in my house, not because of any issue with the unit itself.
