I used them mostly for zoom meetings at home. No scratches or cracks on case or buds. Never dropped. Active Notice Cancelling (ANC) is very good. Bass sounds amazing too. Keeps original leves of charge like new. Battery drain depends on use, volume level for example. Google says that a full charge it can offer up to 11 hours of listening time (7 hours with ANC on) and up to 31 hours with the charging case (20 hours with ANC on) A quick 5 minute charge in the case can provide about 1 hour of listening time.
