in great shape, practically brand new aside from some damage to the box. It is 7 inches tall and has a button on the top to activate the lights. It has decent pose-ability, although if you like doing stop motion animations I wouldn't recommend this figure for that. It has some other features like having hinges on the chest that can move, and the ability to extend its piston arms like in the movie by pulling on them.
