Very comfortable IKEA Ektorp loveseat. Washable cushion and frame covers. Will need to be disassembled upon pick up and reassembled in new location (pretty easy process; tools and nuts/bolts included).
A few years old but gently used during that time. Should have plenty of life left. I love this couch and would keep it if I could. Great for napping!
Discontinued model in the US. European version currently runs around $400.
