Red Moped with Gold Wheels

This is a 2004 Tomos A35 LX TARGA MOPED. I did a custom iron man look. The bike hadn’t been turned on in a bout three years. The last time I turned it on the pedals were swinging backwards. Probably a misplaced part. I tried finding the problem why it does not come on, but I am not a mechanic. I am sure it is a misplacement of something. Sold as is. Pick ups only.
