Mini E bike for 10 or nine years old goes 21 mph or 23 mph

It’s a really good bike. It doesn’t come with the plate or a phone holder and the throttle is broken but it has a pedal assist. It’s really really cool bike. It goes 21 or 23 mph and it’s used though like a new E bike.
