Authentic Vintage 1994 "Home of the Blues" Commemorative Tee. This is a rare, high-quality piece of Chicago music history featuring the legendary Checkerboard Lounge, the world-famous South Side blues club. Produced by the Chicago Blues Museum, this shirt commemorates the venue originally founded and owned by blues icon Buddy Guy. Front Graphic: Features a bold "Blues Record" label design with the 423 E. Muddy Waters Drive address and 1994 copyright. Back Graphic: A massive "Who’s Who" list of legendary performers including Muddy Waters, Howlin' Wolf, Buddy Guy, Junior Wells, Koko Taylor, and the Rolling Stones (referencing their iconic 1981 session at the club). Tag/Brand: Fruit of the Loom Heavy Cotton (Late 90s era tag). Condition: Excellent vintage condition.
