70kph modded razor

45amp controller with a 60v 30ah battery pushing 70kmh with 2700w (3000w when at full battery) and a 125lb rider. has 65km of range I put a e break lever but it only slows it down ever so slightly but the e breaking threshold that I have in my throttle works good enough for it to be the only thing I use to stop myself plus it’s regen too .I’m looking for trades or 1200$~ Comes with 5 amp charger
