Authentic antique late 1930s Royal De Luxe portable manual typewriter in glossy piano-black enamel with original glass/metal-rimmed keys. Tested and in full working mechanical order (see test typing sample in photos). Manufacturer: Royal Typewriter Co., Inc. (New York, USA) Era: Circa 1935–1939 Features: Integrated "Touch Control" tension slider, gull-wing ribbon cover, round glass keys, original case base Condition: Mechanically working — keys strike freely, carriage advances smoothly, bell rings, and platen feeds paper cleanly. Glossy black finish in great vintage shape with light, honest age patina. Ribbon currently prints (fresh universal ribbons readily available online).
