Volkswagen New Beetle Convertible

2004 Volkswagen Beetle Silver convertible, black top. I was told it possibly needs a transmission. I need to jump start it to get it going. driveable once you started but it slows down after five blocks due to transmission and the convertible window in the back needs to be repositioned. has a great body and interior. great starter car for teenager.
