Lexus IS 250 Sedan

2011 Lexus IS250 rwd. Automatic. 2.5 liter V-6. Beautiful dark gray metallic color with black leather interior, 155k miles, runs and drives excellent- no squeaks, rattles, or noises. I paid $900 to have a remote start added which is a dream in the winter. You won't find another Lexus around this year that has a remote start and it's unlikely you can find somebody to install one. That's because the car's electronics don't allow for a standard remote start system. I had to find one of the top installers in the country to take on this job and it took him 2 days to do it. Key features- Power moonroof with interior shade, heated and cooled seats, 18" premium wheels, traction control, stability control, ABS 4-wheel braking, premium sound system, navigation, Bluetooth, safety connect, Anti-Theft system, keyless entry, keyless start, power windows and doors, cruise control, dual power seats, all leather, Bi-HID Headlights, fog lights, rear spoiler. Comes with two key fobs and the fob for the remote start. I have owned the car for 6 years but now have to get a minivan for more room. Front tires are Michelin Cross Climate 2 with 75% tread left(cost $641-best all season tires money can buy- excellent in snow and ice). Rear tires have about 50% tread life left and I am including two snow tires for the rear that I swap out every winter. Front struts replaced 2 years ago with high performance KYB struts. Battery 2 years old. Oil changes every 5k miles with the highest priced synthetic oil and $20 Royal purple or Amsoil filters. Last oil change 1k miles ago. Full 4 wheel brake job done 1 month ago- all four rotors and pads plus one bad caliper replaced with top of the line Akebono ceramic pads and Wagner coated rotors. Cost $1600. This car has been very well maintained and should last another 150,000 miles. It is the most reliable model year made for this Lexus. There are no check engine lights or codes. The only warning I do get is "check headlight system", which is very common on these cars. It has to do with the automatic leveling headlights and is caused by a dirty or faulty sensor under the car. It doesn't affect the headlights operation and I've read on multiple forums to just ignore it. Minor cosmetic issues are- there was a small tear in the bottom of the driver's seat that has been repaired, there are a couple dents on the roof where a tree branch hit it, and the rear passenger quarter panel has a dent that is hard to see in the pictures and some paint chipped away and was retouched. Somebody hit me while I was in a parking lot and not in the car. This damage wasn't reported so the car is still accident free on Carfax. I was quoted $400 to fix these dents with no painting needed from a mobile paintless dent removal repair shop. The private market value for this car as it is, is $7800 not including the $900 remote start and high performance parts. Dealer price would be 10k+ . I have priced it at a great price, but am in no hurry to sell, so I'm not interested in low ballers.
