It is exceptionally clean inside and out, with no stains, odors, grease buildup, or signs of wear. It looks virtually the same as one you'd find in a showroom. Both the grease and charcoal filters are in like-new condition, and the microwave works perfectly. The only imperfection is minor damage to the mounting bracket, which occurred when our kitchen renovation contractor removed the unit. The bracket is attached to the wall during installation and is hidden once the microwave is mounted. The microwave itself was not damaged in any way. We purchased this model to match our kitchen appliance set, but after completing our kitchen renovation, it no longer fits well with our new cabinetry. That's the only reason we're selling it.
