VoltVogue E-bike *READ DESC*

it doesn’t have that much miles on it i think less than 200, there’s an error on it (E004) and im not sure whats wrong with it, never really had time to fix it but it doesn’t throttle, also the back tire is popped but other than that it turns on and the battery works etc. dm for any questions 31mph 48v 21ah battery comes with detachable back seat (not shown in photos) and back pegs
